I am a true believer that we create everything in our lives and that nothing happens by chance. Every single moment in our life, every person who enters into and out of life is because of a former choice, thought, or action. We have infinite power to create and do so much in our lives.
As humans when we are entering into a rough patch it can be very easy to say “I didn’t create this! Why would I want anything bad to happen to me? This is BS!” And I get it. No one intentionally wants bad things to happen to them. In life good and bad are necessary. The bad makes us appreciate the good. Or sometimes something we view as bad in the moment is actually something so great that is manifesting for us.
We have the power to create change with our minds. For instance if you spend the day with negative thinking or sad thoughts, you create more of that. In turn as your look around in your life you will start to see more and more of this negativity.
If you don’t already, I encourage you to take a good look at your thoughts throughout the day, as well as the things that you are posting to social media. Social media is so relevant in society right now. What types of things are you liking and sharing? During the day are your thoughts very woe is me or do you have a far more positive outlook on life? If you are saying I post happy things all day and say happy things all day, but I still see a lot of bad things happening, ask yourself, am I just posting good things, or do I actually feel good? There is a difference. Justqa saying good things is not enough, although the more you focus on good the more it will be easier to truly feel this way and mean what you say.
I have been a long time sufferer of chronic depression and over the past couple of years and much more heavily in the past few months I have wanted to shift that mindset. For a while I was able to do it here and there, but then something would happen and I would get thrown for a loop and go right back into that manic state. Which if you have never suffered depression can be a difficult state for some people to understand because many people assume depression is just pure sadness. I will delve into this topic much deeper at a later time.
Nevertheless within the past few months I have delved deeper and deeper into Abraham Hicks and the study of Law of Attraction, but also into the study of Quantum Physics. Now some people state they are the same, but one is an idea and one is science. I will continue to talk so much deeper on both in future blogs, but for the sake of this one just know that you have the power to change everything in your life.
As I started really practicing my beliefs I started to notice my own life changing. Things that would upset me still do; I am only human, but my reaction to them has become so different. And that reaction of letting go and create peace where I would normally want to create turmoil has enabled me to focus on much greater things in my life. In doing this I have noticed more and more opportunities and abundance in every aspect of my life.
I encourage anyone, especially one who has a lot of negative thinking, to truly channel your energy into positivity and see if everything in your life doesn’t start to change for the better. You are source energy and you can have anything you want in life if you know it is already yours.
